Welcome to Ynys Studio. By purchasing from this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Handmade Nature

All items are handmade and therefore unique. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of art glass and not defects. Some photos show example items, while others show the exact piece available - this is always stated in the product description. If the listing is for an example, your piece may differ slightly depending on the glass used and any customisation requested.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders are processed once payment has been received in full. For pre-orders or custom requests, the stated lead times are estimates and may vary. Customers will be notified if significant delays arise.

3. Shipping

Currently, Ynys Studio ships to UK mainland addresses only. Orders are carefully packaged, and while every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, responsibility for the item passes to the customer once dispatched. RoyalMail Tracked 48 service is the service of choice.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and fragile nature of stained glass art, all sales are final and non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact Ynys Studio within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so a resolution can be arranged.

5. Custom Orders

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Lead times for custom pieces vary depending on the request and will be communicated clearly before payment.

6. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photographs, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Ynys Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or used in any way without prior written consent.

7. Safety & Care

All stained glass items are decorative art pieces and not toys. They may contain lead and other metals, so please wash hands after handling and keep out of reach of children and pets. These pieces are intended for indoor display only. Proper care is essential to maintain their longevity - please refer to the Care for Your Glass Art guide available on this website.
