Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Ynys Studio, all glass art is handmade to order or offered in limited ready-to-ship batches. Please review the following terms before purchasing:

Ready-to-Ship Items

• Payment is taken in full at checkout.
• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the item has not already been dispatched.
• Once shipped, your order cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the Returns & Refunds Policy.

Pre-Orders (Made-to-Order Items)

• Pre-orders are paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Typical lead time is 2–4 weeks. If you require your piece by a specific date, please leave a note at checkout — I will confirm if it can be accommodated.
• Customers may specify certain colour preferences in the order notes. Final glass selection and design details are made by the artist to ensure quality.
• Cancellations: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun. If work has not yet started, cancellations may be possible — please contact me as soon as possible.
• Pre-ordered items are custom-made and non-refundable once production begins, in line with UK consumer law.

Commissions & Special Orders

• Commissions require full or partial payment (as agreed) before work commences.
• Due to their bespoke nature, commissions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once design work has started.
• Timeframes vary depending on the complexity of the piece and will be confirmed individually.
