Shipping Policy – Ynys Studio

• Orders are currently shipped within the UK mainland only.
• Pre-order items are handmade to order and usually ship within 2–4 weeks. If you have a specific date in mind, please add it to the order notes and we will confirm if this can be accommodated.
• Ready-to-ship items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.
• All parcels are sent via tracked delivery for safety. Customers will receive tracking details once the order has been dispatched.
• Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to Northern Ireland, the EU, or international addresses due to current shipping and customs regulations.
